Customer Success Engineer
Help utilities succeed with Dryp — from onboarding and integrations to turning data into operational decisions.
Aarhus, Denmark Hybrid
What you’ll do
- Run onboarding with new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
- Support integrations with existing data sources (e.g. SCADA, GIS, rain gauges).
- Translate customer goals into configurations, dashboards, and workflows.
- Close the loop with product/engineering on recurring issues and feature opportunities.
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and real-world operational contexts.
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in workshops.
- Ability to debug issues end-to-end (data, configuration, UI behavior).
Nice to have
Experience with utilities / water infrastructure / IoT data. Light scripting ability (SQL / Python / JS) to troubleshoot data flows.
